Exchange policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, meaning we do not except returns. We do however accept exchanges for faulty items. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first informing us about the fault and requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We can not accept exchanges if it has been more than 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that if the fault occurred during transit we are not responsible. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photo evidence if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can deal with the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your faulty return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT OFFER EXCHANGES FOR PACKAGES SENT BACK DUE TO IMPORT CHARGE NOT BEING PAID OR WRONG ADDRESS - THESE ORDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS FORFEITED.
